Pangkor Laut Resort

Pangkor Laut Resort (PLR) is a place that attached to my heart. Its not only the place that I went for vacation but also I have worked here.

Now this write-up is not about my work but my 2 days 1 night experience as a guest with my mom in this 5 Star Resort. Simple words to describe PLR will be;

• Luxury
• Sincere 'Stars' (That's how staff are called here)
• Truly a 5 Star Resort

Since PLR is a private island, guest can only access the island via the chartered speedboat. We was greeted by the Stars at Marina Island with welcome drinks and towel (Its hot there). Got on board and there we go. In 15 minutes, we got to see the little paradise.

The 15 Minutes Journey 

Again, we was welcomed by the smiling Stars with drinks and towels. Upon check in, we was given a briefing about the resort and was escorted to the room. We got a Garden Villa facing the beautiful sea.

Its lunch time! We are in a private island, so what we going to do for food??? Don't get panic, as these resort has 7 outlets. They have Western, Japanese, Chinese, Asian and many more.

Ooops sorry, its my nature to forget other stuff when comes to food. Now The villa..The villa was amazing. There was a small tiny miny elephant origami placed on our bed. Very creatively done by our room attendant. I just love the open bath tub concept.

After settling down, we had our Lunch at RBBC (pool concept restaurant), the pizza was good. Enjoyed sunset at the Emerald Beach with banana smoothies and had good dinner at Uncle Lim's restaurant (Chinese cuisine and my favorite of all time).The next day, had breakfast at Feast Village. The varieties was amazing.

It was a short trip which unable us to enjoy all the facilities there such as gym, squash, tennis, swimming and many more.

Definitely will return to this paradise if I have someone to pay my bills! If you know what I mean.
